Manik Verma nee Dadarkar was a fine Hindustani vocalist. Thehrav was one of the hallmarks of her singing. Apart from classical, she was very adept at Thumris, Dadras and Natyasangeet. She was quite prolific in Marathi film and non-film (bhavgeet) music.
